The dual ADC CI3350hf
is one of the latest additions to CHIPIDEA's large portfolio
of high speed and high performance data converters to meet
the increasingly demanding specifications required in many
emerging broadband communication and imaging systems.
Snapshots of the excellent performance featured by CHIPIDEA's
dual ADC CI3350hf
are pictured below.
Operated at 105MS/s and using its internally generated references,
the DNL and INL figures are below 0.33 LSB and 0.52 LSB,
respectively. With an input signal of 50 MHz, the SNR is
46.5 dB and the THD is –52.4 dB, leading to a global
performance of 7.3 effective bits (ENOB).

The CI3350hf
is a complete dual 8-bit 105MS/s pipelined ADC core exhibiting
exceptional performance in a compact footprint (1.5mm2)
and featuring competitive power dissipation (75 mW).
It is designed in 0.25um, 1P5M, MiM, 2.5V/1.5V CMOS technology.
This dual ADC is suited for high performance Communications
and Imaging, and can be used also in Instrumentation applications.
