CHIPIDEA has successfully
silicon validated a complete set of analog / mixed-signal
IPs in Chartered 0.18um CMOS process.
This large set of general purpose IPs have been designed
specifically to cover a wide range of Analog Front-End requirements
for several wireless, wireline and multi-media applications.
These IPs include:
Test results show a very compact and low power voice codec
with excellent voice quality for record/playback applications.
The compact area (0.42sqmm) and low current consumption
(less than 1mA) combined with the voice signal quality (well
above 65dB) make this IP a very competitive solution for
Voice Signal Processing.
All above IPs show excellent performance in Silicon.
Some test results of CI12233aa
and CI7226aa
are shown below. Detailed information can be found in www.chipidea.com.
