RF/Analog IC Design Engineer/Senior Engineer |
 Responsibilities
- Working as part of the RF/Analog IC design team to provide next generation RF circuits for the future wireless communications.
- RF system analysis, and circuit design up to GHz frequencies (e.g. LNA, mixer,VCO, PA, balun), inclusive of post\uff0dextraction simulations
- Analog circuit design and simulations (e.g. ADC, DAC, filters, VGA), inclusive of post\uff0dextraction simulations
- Physical layout / verification and tapeout to fab foundries
- ESD and I/O pads design
- Device modeling, parameter extraction and model generation
- Bench test and measurement with RF test equipment
- Work closely with the IC Layout, RF System and ASIC Design engineering teams
- Involvement in technology transfer and training, with the possibility of overseas

Requirements
- Candidate must have strong understanding of analog / RFIC design principles
- Candidate should have at least 3 years\u2019 experience in RF or analog IC design
- Experience in Low IF or Zero IF OFDM receiver system architectures would be a definite advantage
- Experience in physical layout, verification and device modeling
- Experience with Cadence toolset would also be a definite
